WHAT IS EXTRA LIFE?
Extra Life is a Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals (CMN) fundraising program that empowers the gaming community to make a difference in the lives of local sick and injured kids. This gaming marathon brings thousands of people together to raise funds and awareness in support of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Since its inception in 2008, Extra Life has raised more than $14 million for local CMN hospitals. In the Erie market, Extra Life participants play to support the young patients treated at Saint Vincent Hospital and raised nearly $10,000 in 2018.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
- Register at extra-life.org
- Select to fundraise for Saint Vincent Hospital
- Pledge to raise $100 or more
- Invite friends and family to donate to your personal or team’s marathon
- Play games for 24 hours on Game Day, November 2nd, 2019 or plan your own mini marathon on another date
