Celebrating Our 814 Babies

August 14th – 814 Day – is a special day for our region, a chance to celebrate all that makes Erie and Northwest Pennsylvania unique. This year, at AHN Saint Vincent, we celebrated in a truly heartwarming way: by welcoming our newest community members into the world!

To make the occasion even more memorable, we received a generous donation from Erie Apparel. Knowing how important it is for our littlest patients to stay cozy and comfortable, Erie Apparel donated onesies for all babies born during the 814 Day week. These tiny outfits are not only practical, but they also symbolize the warmth and support of our community. A huge thank you to Erie Apparel for their kindness! Your generosity truly makes a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

The NICU team, as always, provided specialized and compassionate care, ensuring even our smallest patients had the best possible start. Meanwhile, in the Mom + Baby unit, new families experienced those precious first moments together, bonding and learning with the support of our dedicated nurses and staff.

Celebrating 814 Day with these newborns serves as a reminder of the vibrant future we’re building together. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve the Erie community, and we are especially thankful for partners like Erie Apparel, whose generosity helps us provide the best possible care for our tiniest patients.
